6X6 Manipulator Blue
This weld head locator is designed for both longitudinal and circumferential welding applications and is offered as a complete turnkey solution. It provides 6 ft of vertical and horizontal travel, and the column rotates a full 360°, secured by a patented rotational locking device.
The unit is fully integrated with two welding solutions, making it ideal for high-throughput pipe welding production. A hollow boom design provides an internal routing path for optimal cable management, improving reliability and reducing setup clutter.
Additionally, patented boom swivel technology enables fast shipment and minimal on-site setup time.

INNERPATH 12 FT Seam Welder
This longitudinal seam welder is designed for internal diameter welding applications and is delivered as a complete, turnkey system. It supports weld lengths up to 12 ft and accommodates a minimum internal diameter of 36 in.
The MITUSA seam welder incorporates integrated material-handling provisions to simplify loading and positioning. Ball transfers mounted along both sides of the system provide support when loading flat plates from either the front or sides of the machine. These ball transfer trays are mounted on swivel bases, allowing them to pivot into position to also support round workpieces during loading. Hydraulic actuation allows the operator to raise or lower the trays to achieve the optimal loading height.
For additional material-handling clearance, the hydraulically powered mandrel can be raised or lowered up to 4 in. The system is equipped with MITUSA’s patent-pending side-shifting mandrel, which allows two separate backing bars to be mounted simultaneously. With the push of a button, the mandrel shifts between backing bars, drastically reducing tooling changeover time, preventing cross-contamination, and extending the service life of machine tooling.

3 FT Gantry Planisher
The MITUSA heavy-duty, compact Gantry Planisher is engineered to maximize productivity while delivering a high-quality surface finish.
Applying up to 14,000 lb of force between a hardened steel roll and the supported workpiece, the weld bead is cold-worked and reduced in size. This process can eliminate or significantly reduce post-weld grinding, lower weld reinforcement, and increase weld strength and consistency.
A wide range of part geometries can be planished using interchangeable wheel surface profiles and various support mandrel configurations, providing flexibility for diverse applications.
The motorized gantry carriage travels on four linear rail bearing blocks for smooth, precise motion. Driven by a servo motor, the carriage incorporates an pneumatic cylinder, with a hand wheel used to fine-adjust cylinder travel and applied force.
